Shipping is free for all orders in the U.S. We currently do not ship internationally through our website. Please check Amazon and Wayfair for our rugs in your shipping country.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link when your order is placed. Please make sure you enter your email correctly when checking out. Shipping usually takes 2-4 days for processing and shipping.

Orders can be returned and refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

All taxes are included in the purchase price except for the state of New Jersey where there is a 6% state tax added. You will see this amount after you checkout and add your billing and shipping information.

Our rugs are made in Turkey and are shipped to warehouses in the US. All orders are shipped directly from the US and arrive within 2-4 days.

The low pile material makes this rug very easy to clean and vacuum. The material is not scratchy so your kids can sit and play comfortably on the rugs. We’d recommend hand cleaning or spot cleaning your rug with a little water and soap as needed.
